About Jo Bregazzi

Hi, I’m Jo Bregazzi, the founder and lead trainer at Jo Bregazzi and The SKARBLEND® Academy, where I specialise in training, mentoring and empowering new practitioners with new skills, that I have researched, trialled, tested and developed over the last 13 years.
I’m an experienced registered nurse, qualified and licensed medical tattooist, permanent makeup practitioner, artist, designer and qualified lecturer.

I'm registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct, ensuring patient safety. I have also been a trainer in medical tattooing for Natural Enhancement UK Ltd in London.
